This Pressure Care Sheepskin Boot is designed for individuals AT RISK of FOOT ULCERS as a result of DIABETES or Arthritic conditions.
The open toe design allows for toe inspection whilst swelling from OEDEMA can be accommodated by loosening off the TWO sturdy Velcro fastenings.This boot has a strong flexible sole for outdoor as well as indoor use. Machine washable.

Machine washable, Australian Medical Sheepskin heel protectors.(3cm thick) This TOP QUALITY sheepskin wraps around the heel protecting this vulnerable area from pressure(some 20% of all pressure ulcers occur at the heels)and incorporates a sturdy Velcro fastening.
The units are CE marked and fire retardant, **Lanolin has been removed which can cause allergies in some individuals.

Recommended Sheepskin Wool Shampoo. The laundering of sheepskin products is very important so that both comfort and therapeutic advantages are maintained. This shampoo removes stains and lubricates the skin enhancing the performance of the wool fibre. Contains an antibacterial agent, preventing cross infection and odours. Keep your foot dressing dry with Dry Pro. Effortless bathing, showering or even swimming! This rugged Latex product is placed over the foot, pulling it up the leg. Remove air with in–built hand pump then enjoy the water. The Dry Pro has a NON SLIP BASE for safety (something not available in many similar products) Size as illustrated.
Dry Pro should be at least 2–3cm over your dressing/cast for a perfect seal. Please check your measurements.

You must have about 2–3cm above the dressing for the Dry Pro to seal. Leg opening on this version is also larger, this would also suit an increased girth of leg.
