Product prices: All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Transactions on the Secure Server of WorldPay are completed in Pounds Sterling. If you require to check a price of a product in a currency other that Pounds Sterling this link will open a popup to a conversion calculator. Expressfootcare Yourfootcare reserves the right to alter prices and make any necessary corrections to this web shop as necessary without prior notice.

Postage and Packing:  Postage and packing costs are based on the weight and size of the products, at the following rates: UK £2.99 and £3.80 to 500g, 501g to 999 gm is £4.95, thereafter up to a maximum of £9.85 This price includes the Royal Mail fee for Recorded delivery (signed for) for items over £25 so that your package arrives safely. If you are not in when the Post with your order is delivered they may deliver it again or you will be able to collect and sign for it at the office specified on the card put through your door. Please note normally the Post Office will return goods to Yourfootcare if not collected after seven days, this may incur a second delivery charge. European deliveries charged by weight include the Royal Mail fee for International Signed forTM Airmail at £5.75 to £8.99 for up to 1 kg, 1.1 kg and above £10.50 to £15.90, these charges allow your package to arrive quickly and safely to your address. USA and other overseas deliveries charged by weight include the Royal Mail fee for International Signed forTM Airmail at £6.75 to £12.75 for up to 1 kg, 1.1 kg and above to £16.75, these charges allow your package to reach your address quickly and safely. Yourfootcare reserve the right to alter delivery method for overseas packages that are over 1 kg

Payment for goods: The payment page on the secure server of WorldPay indicates the standard range of Credit and Debit cards accepted by the Bank, e.g. Mastercard, Visa ,Visa debit, Maestro etc. For your security it may also be necessary to enter a PIN number issued by your own Bank for payment of goods. Our acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of those products ordered by you unless we notify you that we will not accept your order. Such will result in a full refund. Non acceptance of an order may be because of one of the following reasons: 1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock. 2. The identification of a pricing or product description error. 3. Our inability to obtain full authorisation for your payment i.e. from anomalies in credit/debit card details e.g. address, resulting in security warnings from WorldPay. Please note the payment on this site is fully automated with the bank, this may mean a transaction may appear on your statement before the goods arrive.

How secure is the Server of WorldPay ?: When you press ‘Submit’ in the payment section of the Catalogue you are transferred to the Secure server of WorldPay. When you place your order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information – including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. At no time are your details held in clear text on any web site. Finally, no-one sees your credit/debit card number – not even Expressfootcare (Yourfootcare).

Can I send a Cheque instead of using a card to pay for my order ?: If you wish to purchase products and pay by cheque Please note, you may use a cheque at Yourfootcare.com only if you are a UK customer.

What should I do if my Credit / Debit card is refused at checkout ?: Try and re submit your order with another card, if this still does not work please contact your card issuer.

Sometimes the secure page of WorldPay does not load: Some parts of this web site including the banking section require that you allow pop ups, you are best to set ‘allow pop ups’ for the whole of Yourfootcare.

Overseas orders: Please note you are responsible for any Duty to be paid on your delivery

Delivery: We try our very best to deliver your order within 5-7 days in the UK (overseas a few days longer) If a product is out of stock we will always contact you to let you know.* Some notifications are made on the website particularly if there is a very high demand for a product, please contact us if you are at all unsure 0141 812 7668
